To start things off I built a housing for the Lens using some plumbing fittings.
Note: do not let your little brother sniff the paint
Next using the measurements in the manual I built a box out of oak. My kitchen doubled very well as a workshop.
Only 2 people were injured in the building of this projector
After a few bloody knuckles and a couple of 6 packs, we had a box built and the wires for the lighting installed. Only 2 people were injured in the making of this projector.
The scariest part about the whole project was taking apart the LCD panel. Luckily enough, some of the other members in the forum had instructions for my LCD.
Finally all the lighting and electronics we combined and cleaned up in the box
After that I got out the popcorn and grabbed a movie.
